Creativity and Successful Leaders

Here is my favorite blog  of the week.  It represents an example of unconscious focus that is producing unintentional results! Worse yet, the creativity muscle is not being developed as the marketplace so desperately needs.

Creativity is one of the most important attributes needed for successful leaders now and into the future, but guess what, creative leaders are being overlooked.  Learn why in this fascinating blog by  -

This blog demonstrates how critical it is to call out the attributes needed in successful leaders and organizations going forward.  I’ll talk about each of the critical attributes individually later, but let's start with my list.

The attributes of successful individuals, leaders and organizations now and into the future.

Positive Outcome Focused

Agile

Flexible

Creative

Innovative

Persistent

Connected

Self Driven

Learning Oriented

Collaborative

Relationship Oriented

If leaders and organizations do not call these attributes out and intentionally build and further develop them with their organizations, there will be  trouble on the horizon.  Those that do, will be well equipped to drive the course and steer toward opportunity and away from threats. Leave it to chance and prepare to pay a very high price!
